Unified Quoting and Sales Management Module

DealerPoint is a state of the art selling system for window and door resellers. It empowers resellers to efficiently manage their sales processes and resources, and provides their sales team with the most professional set of tools in the industry. A sales team equipped with DealerPoint tools follow up on more leads and close a higher percentage of sales. We have designed the system to streamline the sales process for all market segments, so if you specialize in the renovation market and sell directly to homeowners, or if you specialize in the new construction or commercial markets and sell to contractors, DealerPoint will be equally effective. The entire reseller workflow is considered, from the time a call becomes a lead through the invoicing process.

DealerPoint is individually licensed separately to resellers. Manufacturers who are currently using CenterPoint and MasterPoint that desire some or all of the functionality contained within DealerPoint can contact the sales team for pricing.

DealerPoint utilizes the current CenterPoint and MasterPoint system along with some additional features specific to resellers’ workflows.

DealerPoint Features:

  • WTS Paradigm® vendor CenterPoint applications are embedded in the system and allow resellers to create one quote from multiple vendors
  • Other vendor line items and catalog items (parts, labor, etc.) can be attached to the reseller line items within the same quote
  • Sales tools: Advertising and lead management, customer management, automated appointment management, site surveys, contract quoting and management, and project and job management
  • Efficiency tools: Automated resource scheduling, purchasing and vendor management, automated and configurable commission calculations, automated holds and workflow configuration, and installation and service modules
